Head Coach : Mark Bottom (Monkey)

Mark has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu now for over a decade and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Darren and Helen Currie.

He has competed in the Gracie invitational twice as a White Belt and achieved silver both times. As a Blue Belt he competed in MMA and had 9 fights in total. 4 amateur (3:1) and 4 semi-pro (2:2) pro(0:1).

Mark is also a Grapplers Gift Sponsored Athlete

Competitive Achievements

2010 he competed in both the Manchester & welsh open BJJ comps & achieved silver both times in the Purple Belt division.

2011 he competed at mission submission (no-gi) and won silver.

2012 he competed in the British Open Brown Belt division and won bronze.

2014 he competed in the British Open Black Belt division in Senior 1 and Master age brackets and won silver in both.
